Please note after delivery, a refund is not possible except in some certain scenarious. All products are manually checked before being added to stock and will work 100% of the time without running into any issues.

EmporiumX will replace any products that do not work!

All personal upgrades have a LIFETIME warranty (for monthly and/or yearly purchases).

Any attempt to use our replacement system for personal gain, aquiring extra products for free or any other fraudulent activity will result in a permanent blacklist from our store, and all of our partner's stores.

After purchasing a product please wait 2 hours before contacting us for your product. We will try to provide instant delivery for your product, however this just isnt possible in some cases.

Feel free to contact us at any time with the required information if you have any question regarding our products.

If you have any issues with your key/license/code, do not worry just contact us! You will have our support and it will be solved free of charge

We reserve the right to make a careful and critical examination of each scenario before handing out a refund and/or a replacement to prevent malicious acts and fraud. If from our investigation we conclude that you attempted to deceive us into giving you products that you did not pay for, attempted to use a payment method which you do not possess the right to use, or any other fraudulent/illegal activity, we reserve the right to deny your warranty claims.
